Your responsibilities:

• develop and maintain policies and procedures within our ISM; ISPS; Vetting- and quality management system
• collaborate with internal departments to ensure and maintain the effective implementation and compliance with international laws requirements as well as customer requirements within the areas of quality management, safety, security and environmental protection
• support in maritime insurance administration
• being part of emergency response team and administration

Requirements:

• fluent in spoken and written English
• general knowledge and experience in shipping would be welcome
• experience in maintaining, implementing and executing of quality management systems advantageous
• experience in environmental protection systems advantageous
• certification as internal auditor (ISM/ISPS/MLC) is a plus
