Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide a strong foundation for a professional career in shipping. Successful apprentices may have the opportunity to continue their development within the company and contribute to its long-term success.
Commencing 1 August 2026, we are looking for motivated and curious apprentices to join our team as Ship Administrators – Tramp and start their career in the exciting world of international shipping.
What You Will Learn & Do

Gaining an understanding of the various departments within the company, including Crewing, Purchasing and Technical

Main focus on Operations and Chartering

Planning and organizing the sea transportation of oil products to destinations worldwide, with the support of experienced colleagues

Handling and processing all relevant shipping documentation

Collecting and evaluating data related to vessel movements and cargo operations

Communicating in German and English with ship crews as well as service providers within the shipping and port industry
What You Bring With You

Secondary School Certificate or High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Good knowledge of German and English

Basic MS Office skills are a plus

Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment

Motivation to learn and take on responsibility

Team spirit and good communication skills

Genuine enthusiasm for shipping

Residence in Germany
Good to know:
The school-based vocational training takes place in Travemünde, Germany. All lessons are taught in German.
